OurAugusta is a local business directory serving Augusta, Georgia and the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). We provide:

  • User reviews and ratings
  • Business claiming and management tools
  • Advertising and promotional services

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Business Listings

For Business Owners

  • You may only claim a business you own or are authorized to represent.
  • Information provided must be accurate and current.
  • We reserve the right to verify business ownership.
  • Fraudulent claims may result in account termination.

Listing Content

  • We may include business information from public sources.
  • Business owners can update their listings after claiming.
  • We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that violate our policies.

5. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews or other content, you agree that:

  • Your content is based on genuine experiences.
  • You will not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • You will not post content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

7. Paid Services

  • Premium and Featured listings are billed monthly.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by OurAugusta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information or user reviews. We are not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by listed businesses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurAugusta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OurAugusta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
