I would never recommend Kelly Zier. We retained his services to help probate my father's will. We had an appointment to provide him the information and documents he needed to help with the probate. He never provided any services. I phoned his office numerous times for two months for information regarding the progress of the probate. He didn't return any phone calls or send any correspondence regarding probating the estate. Due to not providing any services, not returning phone calls and no correspondence informing of he progress, he cost the estate thousands of dollars,. Professionals provide services in a timely manner and communicate with their clients. Kelly Zier doesn't fall into the category as professional. Professionals respect their clients.

Paid $200 for a consultation and it went GREAT. I was very excited to use Patrick as my attorney. He told me he'd be in contact with me via email no more than 3 days later. Months have passed and I've called the office 4 times and have never received a call back or the promised email. They will not give me my money back so now I'm out of an attorney and $200. Verrrrry unprofressional business, unfortunately. He states he charges by hour so maybe he will claim hes worked on my paperwork all this time and attempt to charge me thousands. Despicable.
