Mike was our technician. He was very friendly, communicated his estimated arrival time and even called to see if he could come earlier. Mike did a great job of explaining why we needed certain treatments in certain rooms vs others. He showed me things as he was cleaning and called me over to look at the progress of every room. Mike was efficient and he was finished in the amount of time he estimated it would take him. We’re moving out of state so we can’t call this local branch the next time we need to use ZeroRez, but we will use them again. This is the second time we have used them and each time we have had a top notch tech, who is super friendly and not creepy (sorry, but my fellow ladies will understand what I mean) and does a great job. We will use ZeroRez again! (The sun was starting to set outside so lighting isn’t the greatest on the photos)

If you are searching for someone to clean your furniture or carpets look no further, you have arrived at the best. What an amazing job Jake did. I highly recommend this company and more specifically Jake. He worked his butt off scrubbing each and every difficult spot. I am simply amazed at the results, the professional service, and high quality that I received. Our 2 year old couch that has been abused by a a 4 year old and all our cats looks and smells like brand new again.

The guy they sent out to our house was very pleasant and did such a great job on our carpet. 10/10 recommend, especially if you have pets.

My technician was awesome. Justin did a fantastic job and was very thorough with explaining things to me. I really appreciate the hard work he did. I would recommend ZEROREZ with your carpet cleaning. My rug looks, feels and smells better.
