Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The huge inconvenience of not accepting cash is overwhelming. When asked why, “because it is cheaper”. How about it’s because you don’t have a good management in place and are worried about being robbed or employees stealing. All the other restaurants on this street accept cash. Noted as we waited multiple people came inside and stated they were in the drive through with cash and had to go home to get a card. Really looking forward as a follow up from this restaurant franchise.

I was pulled forward for my order although no one else was in drive thru but another car already pulled forward waiting. After 10 minutes girl comes out I'm thinking to bring my food only to tell me they only have boneless wings. I only ordered 1 traditional wings n things so I ended up having to wait another 10 minutes for the boneless wings, and didn't get the extra zax sauce I requested and paid for. That wait time was so uncalled for and they should know what they have before I ordered and not 10 minutes later. then fries were really slack

Only person in line, stood there for 3-4 minutes before I got acknowledged that someone would be with me in a few minutes all while having multiple people walk past me and look at me up until they point without a greeting. Multiple people wondering aimlessly around appearing to do nothing while one person worked the register and handed out food. Usually don't have much of a complaint with food but it's always so slow here to get your order placed. Keep someone working the register at lunch instead of managing handling food as well and service will improve greatly

My Fiancè and I decided to dine in, to kill time while he was on his work break, and they had one ordertaker on the floor. Crew member Tae had finished taking the order he was previously on, and when that customer walked away, my Fiancè and I stepped up to the counter to have our order taken. We watched at Tae glanced at us, and then turned his back to us, to fidget with the items on the counter behind him. Whether he was organizing sauces for an order, or just killing time, he still knowingly ignored the next orders. We stood there for a good minute before he decided to turn around to take our order, and when he finally did, it was clear he’d never been given any kind of customer service training. He was very short with us, rude, and gave very little effort to communicate. Also got an attitude with me when I scanned my Zaxby’s app too early. I’ve been to multiple different fast food locations, and all locations have different scan procedures. I didn’t appreciate the clap back when I didn’t know how he wanted me to scan here. The floor was also very trashy, and tables were sticky. I feel like not much care goes into this location. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the atmosphere and customer service could use some work

Y'all have great employees especially the cashier Mr. Grady. Very outgoing and Great personality. Me and my mom was very pleased
