Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Curbside is not curbside. Waited over 20mins at curbside waiting for my food to be brought to me. They weren't busy in the drive thru at all. Finally went inside to get my food. Told them I've been waiting over 20 mins for curbside and that curbside ain't curbside. My toast is just a piece of bread that's not even toasted.

UPDATE: it hasn't changed much after a year. I ordered a zax pak and the "toast" was not toasted at all, the fries weren't seasoned. Ordered drive thru on the app and they were so backed up I had to go in the store to get my food The past 4 times I've gone they have messed up my order in some shape or form the first 3 I put in through the app and got refunded for but this last time I went through the drive through to see if it was any better but it wasn't. I just won't be going to this particular zaxby's anymore.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. The food however was cold and horrible. It all tastes like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were also not hot and crispy.The chicken tenders were made of nice white meat, but not freshly made. It was dinner time, they were not super crowded so the food should be hot and freshly made. If this restaurant wants to succeed, especially being next to Chick Fil A, they need to step up their game.

Came through the drive-thru Sunday night, 5/10/25 to pick up some food to take home. The order process was good, but when it came to actually getting my food the staff was to busy talking to a friend in the drive thru line. While ordering I ordered my sauces and extra sauces. When you pay for extra sauce you expect it. I got no sauce at all. If the employees would have been paying attention rather than taking turns yelling and laughing at their friend in the drive thru I might have gotten my sauces. I know it was only 4 extra sauces plus the 2 I should have gotten, but it's the principal, if I paid extra for something I expect to get it.

Hot and fresh. However, when you request no sale and extra fries, make sure you get what you requested. Chick-fil-A style drive through is nice. Tenders are getting smaller and smaller with prices getting higher and higher. And at least fill the Zaxby's sauce.
