We arrived at 545 it’s 741 pm And we are still waiting. Please hire more customer service reps. My mother is elderly and unable to complete a lot over the phone…. Otherwise we would have never come in. And one customer service rep is helpful, But also having a side conversation the entire time we have been sitting here. I also see this has been a constant issue and obviously no action is taken ….. but if you scroll the Same response every time

I was told I couldn't get assistance because the AC in the store went out and I need to go to another store they were closing the store down early. It was hot. Too hot to work.. I wish I could tell my job that... Then she nicely pushed us out the door and locked it behind us. 😲🤬

I was getting a little frustrated having to wait so long just to turn in equipment. The guy that was trying to do everything because not too many other people were, finally got to me and apologized for the wait and took care of me great. It’s a busy store though, so when you go have plenty of time . I didn’t know that or I would’ve made more time.

I gave this store a 2 star only because the rep that helped me was excellent however the manager was very nasty! She took me being upset personal. The rep should be the manager. The manager had no empathy how they took my money wrongfully out of my account and had been in the phone for 3 days with no resolve and they messed up my account. The manager was not friendly but the rep was excellent. He really should be the manager.

I walked into the XFINITY store thinking I’d be in and out. Silly me I clearly mistook this place for a functioning business and not a time-sucking black hole. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted but the was the only good thing I can say. There were only four other people ahead of me. Four. But somehow I waited over an hour while employees moved at the speed of regret, occasionally disappearing into mysterious back rooms like they were avoiding eye contact with reality. Nobody acknowledged the wait. No updates. Just a quiet, oppressive atmosphere full of sighs, eye-rolls, and broken dreams. People came in after me, sat down, looked around, and left in defeat. I stayed. Why? Because I thought eventually someone would care. That was my mistake. By the time I was helped, I didn’t even remember what I came for. I think it was to return equipment, but after being spiritually flattened by the dead-eyed apathy of the staff, I just handed them the box, nodded, and walked away like a survivor of something traumatic. Honestly, if you enjoy wasting time, feeling invisible, and being emotionally drained by mediocrity, this place is your waste time land. For the rest of us? Go literally anywhere else.
