I’d give 0 stars if I could because I came into this store looking for an outfit and after leaving I realized I had bought the wrong size, which yes, is my mistake. But when I immediately turned around and came back in to ask about exchanging it for one in the right size obviously they could not do exchanged because it is a sex store and yes I should have considered that but it was my first time in one and I was nervous and didnt think to read the signs they have posted. That’s fine, but the cashier knew i was a first time customer, I did not know that policy and he failed to explain that to me when checking out. After I came back in he pointed at the signs and basically told me sorry but nothing he can do, I noticed the sign said something about store credit so I asked him VERBALLY if I could exchange this outfit since it was unopened for one that was the same price, or something else. He told me yes I could do this but HE personally did not have the power, only the manager and assistant manager could do the store credit for me. That I would have to come in the next day and talk to them. I even made the comment that “well it was an outfit for tonight so I guess I’ll just buy something cheaper today and come back tomorrow and exchange this one for another of the same price in my size and he told me that was the smartest move. Before driving up there today THANK GOD I called before wasting my time. The woman on the phone (assistant manager I’m assuming) made it clear that even though her employee told me something that wasnt true the best she could do was make sure they know the rules from now on, AFTER reviewing the camera footage of course to make sure im not lying i guess. Now I’m out 60$ on a SUPER cute outfit I can’t wear. Which would have been fine, if he didn’t go along with me asking about store credit, I’d cut my losses. Wouldn't typically leave a review but we I drove over 30 minutes to buy 3 things and call before I make the drive and are told yeah I got that but you got to come in to get the prices. Thinking these are not expensive (to most places you buy them anyways) I get there and spent over $150 for a small bottle of silicone lube, a 3 pack of silicone rings and the only lube shooter they seemed to have. Prices were on some items and not others so these items they weren't priced except the 3 pack of rings for $19.99. Lady rang it up and originally was $170 ish and I watched her put the item with the price tag in for $49.99 not $19.99 and she fixed it bc I caught her but then $130 for silicone lube maybe $20 if that and then the lube shooter maybe $29so I may have spent $60 back in ATLANTA for them but at that place good luck and they may need some staff that are less rude and bitter to everyone coming in to spend money and more than they should

O star for sure customer service is not good the dude behind the counter had a attitude for whatever reason I stay in atl and I don’t have these problems will never go back and would advise anyone the prices are over rated this place need to be shut down!

I said whip it and t hey refused to sell me what I went there for but I wasn't using slang that's the name brand logo I posted a picture a little product knowledge might be a good idea I got it cheaper at Mae's anyway.

Great selection and super friendly staff! Lizzy was working and she was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I will absolutely be going back
