55+ Community!! It is very nice, clean and alot of activities to keep busy..if you choose. Very reasonable prices and personnel is very informative and friendly. Diffently not pushy sales people! Valerie is an excellant person to contact!!!!

I was there visiting my aunt, she raised me so she's very special to me. She has lived there for 8 or 9 years now and she really loves it. So much so that she recently convinced her sister to move down from Tennessee and join her in her little community. So she came on down and bought her self a place a couple of streets over and they've been having a ball ever since. And I get to see both of them a lot more than before. Everybody's Happy!

Cute, quaint, fun little community! Great place for seniors, especially ones who like to be active and participate in their community. My parents bought a house here and the community activities they offer here have allowed them to be more involved in things and to make new friends. Not sure about the guidelines, but doesn't seem to be too over the top with rules for residents.

Property itself is nice, monthly land/lease fee utterly ridiculous! And they have the nerve to tie it to the CPI?! People willingly pay this!!??! I'll pay my own taxes! Revenue generator for Sun Communities! Prefer HOA - but oops!! Sun would lose control of that Revenue stream!

We would love to live here. What a beautiful community. ❤️✨️
