I lived here for six months while on contract as a travel nurse. It is safe and clean. The staff were wonderful. Makayla was always extremely helpful at the front desk. It's a great value.

Hi I and my service dog have been in this woodsprings for some time. I have some health issues. The staff goes far and above on checking on me. Specially when I don't feel good. This makes me feel safe and care for. This is such a blessing to feel safe. Helps out when I am not able to do something for myself. Thank you All the staff are great people. Thank you Margaret blomgren

Absolutely the worst, you are better off sleeping in your car. You can hear everything outside and down the hall. It smells like mold and lysol. There's no shower head, so it's just water coming out like a hose. No daily housekeeping. It's definitely not a great place if you have breathing issues.

Had to be the most lackluster hotel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone no matter how brief the stay is. We were a party of 3 with one small dog and we booked for one night. We were running behind schedule and we showed up 30 minutes after our check in time. When we arrived we were told by the front desk our room would take 30 minutes to tidy up. We kill time and come back 30 minutes later only to find our room was still being cleaned (should've known this would be a bad sign). Once we get into our room we noticed it looked more shabbier than the pictures online. The cabinets were missing covers, one was falling apart, there were no lamps, and the TV didn't even work. The shower head must've been just for display purposes only because it ALSO didn't work. Trying to sleep was the agonizing part. Our room was on the first floor right by the entrance and back exit (The only room left to accommodate 3 guest according to the website), all night we kept hearing the constant opening and slamming of the doors. We barely got any rest and our dog would bark every time the door slammed. To make matters worse my fitted best sheet kept slipping off. I had never wanted to check out of a place so fast. I lowkey felt I wasted my money.

We got to the hotel around 8pm and was told that rooms had to be cleaned before we were issued one. We didn't get a room until after 10pm. There was only one guy at the front desk and seemed like he had to do everything on his own. The lobby, clean rooms, etc.
