I thought the representation is it's a 55+ community but it's not. There are 2 totally separate country clubs in the community. If you buy in newer section you have to join. Buy in older section it's an option for which one you want to join. Once your in community what happens when you meet people, they belong to one, you the other..The community is gorgeous but that situation is very odd.

Apartment is very spacious with unusually high ceilings for a rental. Also has nice deck in the front. Two and a half bathroom. Only real negative is the carpeting. Place is very nice but would be even better with wood or laminate flooring.

We moved to Woodside 26 years ago. Currently, there are four generations of our family located within the gates of this community. On a daily basis, we enjoy the miles of walking trails and the wide variety of activities offered within the community. When we do need to leave the community, all of our daily necessities (grocery stores, restaurants, movies) are within a five minute drive. We are proud to be a part of this wonderful community.

I can say that I was only working on a home improvement project in the neighborhood but while I was working I noticed the well manicured lawns and natural areas it really stood out so to speak I'm sure that the residents are blessed to have the opportunity to reside in a upscale neighborhood like Woodside great job landscaping crew

We love our trailor that we bought and the park manager is awesome he will help u get into a new home and its very quiet friendly and amazing and the park manager throws community days for the residents and i would recommend if anyone is looking to buy a new home come on in and take a look at the trailors they r really nice and the park manager jermi he is wonderful he will get u into a brand new home quickly and im really glad we bought our home from him thank u for everything u had done for us jermi ur AWESOME we really appreciate everything u do for the park.we dont want anyone else to be our park manager but jermi hes really awesome.
