WM - Grovetown Hauling & Columbia Road Transfer Station

No pun intended but this company is garbage. Can only count on them to pick up on the scheduled day half the time and then when we want to cancel due to moving they slap you in the tip with a 75$ fee? They bought out all the good companies in the area so their poor service is all you're left with. Next time I'm in a monopoly area with these goobers I'll just toss my trash in my neighbors can when they're not looking.

They completely forgot about their customers. We’ve been sitting here with full trashcans for weeks, and there has been no communication or updates from them whatsoever. No phone calls, no emails—nothing. In a time when reliable service is needed the most, Waste Management has completely dropped the ball. It’s like they disappeared after Hurricane Helene, leaving their loyal customers stranded with overflowing trash. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about the community they serve, look elsewhere. This was a huge disappointment, and I won’t be renewing my service with them. Do better, WM. UPDATE: sent the email as per their request with the subject line: GOOGLE REVIEWS with no response after a week. Gave them 5 days, then went with Augusta Disposal. Cheaper and flawless twice a week pickup.

There isn't enough space at the end of my driveway for a trash can so I have to haul my trash to the transfer station periodically. Since they are only open during part of my working hours, I have to take time off work to load my truck full of trash, drive across Grovetown - through traffic - with hopes of being able to empty my load. Since they have no number I can call or website to check for updated policies, I won't know until I get there whether they've changed their requirements for dumping trash or whether the attendant has decided to take the day off early and I'll have to turn around and haul my load back home. Now, they've updated their policies to reject private vehicles and will only accept trash trucks. I have to haul my trash to another county! This place is the absolute worst and I hope they get a taste of the frustration and chaos they bestow upon their customers. Columbia county needs to get its act together and start regulating these guys! For all practical purposes, they can be considered an organized crime ring.

The worst trash company in the CSRA. Had a hurricane come through a week and a half ago. Every other trash company has been through my neighborhood to pick up trash TWICE except for my trash company Waste Management. Even their automated service lies and tells me it will be picked up today. Then it says to check online but service is so sporadic right now you can't! I paid for trash service so why am I not getting it?!

Last 4 weeks they have not picked up our trash. Changed my card 147 last month and didn't do services for the Hurricane (understanding) but still trying to charge like I received services the entire time. They also started charging 6.99 to PAY your bill online in addition to their regular service charges. So I'm paying for inconsistent services and I'm paying to PAY you??? Checking out Augusta Disposal and Costal
