Wingstop

Stopped by here for lunch. Oddly enough, this was my first time ever at a wing stop. Prices are very fair and the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken sandwich with mango habanero sauce. Sauce was tasty and a little spicy. My wife ordered boneless wings with 4 different sauces. The only sauce she liked was the BBQ. Food was cooked after ordering and was fresh.

2024-05: Ordered some wings, fries, and drinks through a third party delivery service. My review is based solely on the food. I had 15 wings (mild and parmesan garlic, some lemon pepper fries and 2 sweet teas. The wings were lacking flavor, even being seasoned. The fries were decent and so were the sweet teas, but one tea was full and the other was about 3/4 full.

Did a carry out order here tonight for dinner. While waiting for my order I watched the staff work. What I saw was great teamwork. The workers were fast, efficient and work well together. The gentleman who helped me Neco was very friendly, quick to help me when I walked in the door, but what I also noticed is when the crowd died down he didn't just stand around he changed out soda syrups, cleaned and assisted other employees as needed. When the manager called out to him he answered very respectfully. Lastly home to eat the food(pictured) food was correct, hot and tasty. Very good experience all around.

Only use their delivery if you want an incomplete or incorrect order. Paid $3.99 for a large ranch and it was missing. Anyone that's been to Wingstop knows that the ranch makes it. Missing all of your ranch essentially wasted the entire meal. The owners care a lot about their business - the employees, not so much.

I just left from this place i am can't believe i ordered large fry and the boat was filled the amount for a regular fry, unacceptable this is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. not to mention my husband was talking to the cashier asking her about the error that came up on the card reader, this girl says ion know that's your card. wing stop needs to stop hiring these kids! they half ass when it comes to getting the job done! customer service sucked! the manager apologized for the girl being rude and smart mouthed. but about the fries i can't get the manager on the phone. annoying
