Window Depot USA of Augusta

My 15 year old builder grade windows were shot. Heat could be felt leaking through the southern and western side of my house. My power bills were ridiculous. Thanks to Charles and his crew, that is all done now. They spent 2 days carefully carving the windows out to replace them with my custom, perfect fit, double hung windows, a new sliding bathroom window, a decorative half circle with small horizontal window and a beautiful new French door. They are all beautiful and Angie redid the molding around the French door and it is much better than the original. She even painted it to match. I am extremely satisfied with the product. The windows are now cool to the touch and you can no longer feel the heat coming from them. I have a few more windows that will likely need replacement in the next year as well. I know who I will be calling. Happy customer here.

Excellent to work with! Reasonable prices for new windows and doors. The first order had a few windows and doors that were not originally ordered but they gladly ordered replacements. 100/10 experience! Huge thanks to the team for an amazing job on my windows and doors! The process was smooth from start to finish. Charles and Angie are a true dynamic duo. Seriously they are like the superheroes of home improvement. They made everything easy, including financing. My front door used to look like it got kicked in weekly, and my window looked like it lost a bar fight. Now everything looks so good I’m scared to touch it! Truly grateful for the quality work and seamless experience. Highly recommend this team if you are looking to upgrade without the stress!

Could not be happier with my dealings with Window Depot. I’ve had windows replaced before by other companies, and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Very quick scheduling compared to the competition and very good prices. Communication was excellent. I dealt personally with the owner throughout the process and was fully aware of every development. He bent over backward to accommodate my scheduling constraints. The installation crew was very efficient and professional. I was very pleased with every step of the process.

I would give seven or eight stars if I could. I replaced a large half circle window and two windows below it. The entire experience from requesting an estimate through completion of the project was terrific. Charles provided excellent communication through ordering and scheduling the installation. The installation crew was on time, professional, very pleasant and cleaned up after. Overall time to complete the project was better than I expected. I strongly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
