Very professional with everything. And one thing about I loved the most was that they made u feel comfortable . Their services were perfect and they did everything to make sure my mother services was accomplished. Thank you so much

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FUNERAL HOME. They are unprofessional, insensitive, & misleading. A few days before my grandmothers service my family picked out a plot and they told us the plot would be dug up for the service. The plot was paid for. The day of the service, when my grandmothers family and friends arrived to the grave site, the plot was not dug up & we were not informed it was not dug up. Williams Funeral Home told us we needed to leave the grave site to allow the plot to be dug up (when we were told the plot would be dug up before the service). The employees told everyone we had to vacate the grave site premises. When we asked why the site was not dug up, no one gave us an answer. The employee kept saying “we are not sure”. While, most of my grandmothers friends and family left the site. I made sure at least one person stayed to make sure she was actually lowered into the ground. The one loved they allowed to stay at the grave site witnessed them lower my grandmother into the grave 4.5 hours after the service. This leads us to questions -were they actually going to bury my grandmother ? What were they going to do what her body and her casket ? Williams funeral Home robbed us of our last moments with our loved one. Seeing a loved one’s body lowered into the ground provides a sense of closure to know they are put to rest peacefully, which Williams Funeral Home took from us. My family has used Williams Funeral Home since I was a small child I always experienced service from the outside not understanding what my grandparents would mean talking about feeling like family now I truly understand the meaning I lost my father 2 weeks ago and Williams funeral did an outstanding job from just being there for us as a family making us feel at home and comfortable handling the service and arrangements and professionalism was an 110% I truly recommend Williams Funeral Home for all your planning needs when it comes to the funeral of your love one's Thank you !!! Williams Funeral Home did an excellent job in preparing me for the burial of my husband. Mr. Russell was very professional in walking me through the arrangements. The entire staff was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend their services to lay you're loved one to rest. My husband looked so peaceful. Great job staff, I was extremely pleased. Idk where to start. This funeral home didn’t make things easy or smooth for my grieving family. They wouldn’t accommodate or compromise on a viewing time for my family. The time that we were initially told, they changed to a time slot where most of the family would be working or traveling to the area & couldn’t make it on time to see our loved one. THEY PUT MY HUSBAND’S $500 FLOWERS ON SOMEONE ELSE’S CASKET!!! They were “running late” bringing his body for the wake. Overall, myself and my family are very disappointed & unsatisfied with the quality of service we were given. You would think that during a time like this they’d be more sympathetic. If I could give 0 stars I would.
