I love this store so much. From the very first time I walked in there over two years ago, they've always treated me with so much kindness and respect. It's a boutique shopping experience but they also have really good prices and the WHBM rewards program is awesome. and I love the clothes they have there. I don't know why I would shop anywhere else.

Let just say if Shirby is working; I will never shop this location again. Extremely rude and letting me know how she had to rush into work to help a coworker. I hope the associate we was talking to unprofessional is okay. Watch who you leave your store with and ensure they have the proper business acumen to deliver customers service. I spend to much money with WHBM to be treated as if a appeal business is doing well during a pandemic.

I had to buy business casual clothes for the first time, and I had no idea what I was doing. I went to other department stores and not one person asked if I needed help. Frustrated, I finally made my way into WHBM, and immediately a stylist asked what I needed, what I usually like to wear, where I was going etc. She helped me try on and pick out an entire capsule wardrobe under my budget, including shoes and a blazer. Also, everything was on sale and I saved $300. Plus 10% off because I was a new customer. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced from a mall store. Thanks Kiara. :)

Always a stellar visit into my favorite store. I needed some extra color in my wardrobe and as usual, the pop of color delivered. My pants fit perfectly and the material, although weighed, feels like silk. Did I mention the fit is as if custom made for my curves :-)

New manager and new more merchandise!!! I was very impressed and excited about the variety of sizes and how relaxed the atmosphere was. I definitely recommend going back to THIS particular store… Way to go WHBM👍
