I just wanna say I am highly disappointed at this location I just simply ordered a biggie bag and my food was not fresh my nuggets were very hard and what really upsets me is I was given a premade hamburger not a fresh one I specifically asked For fresh food the burger is smushed and looks not done

This place has been declining lately. I come here 1-2 times weekly for their biggie bag. Today they refused to sell me the combo in a small size. Not sure why. They always assume you want the biggest size on every meal you order. I hate eating big lunches. Makes me drag the rest of the day. They refuse to change the size when you ask. Acting like there’s not a McDonald’s right next to them. I love Wendy’s but won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

This was the best Wendy's for about 3 months after they opened. After the owners left management of the restaurant to employees it has declined sharply. It is hit or miss now with service being the main issue. Online ordering by phone or kiosk often doesn't work and they have 1 register open with a line. I wish it was managed properly like it's neighboring competitor McDonald's. Wendy's has premium by comparison but McDonald's is more consistent.

Date of visit 12-14-2024@ 6:45 pm Dining room only had one family of five, who were about to leave when I arrived. No line at front counter. I placed my order at the kiosk;I had planned just to try the new salted caramel Frosty but made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a chicken BLT biggie deal meal as well. Chicken patty,tiny tiny and bun as cold as ice, shaken nuggs were "ok" but the fries were like chewing leather. There is not a clean table in the dining room The floors are filthy The condiment station is disgusting the freestyle machine is disgusting- pictures included for exhibit. I've been here 45 minutes and not one employee has come into the dining room to wipe any tables or to retrieve that very tall stack of takeout trays. Drinks from the Freestyle taste moldy and the water tastes of chlorine... obviously not run through a filtration system as required by Coca-Cola. Where is the management here ... or do they not give a darn as well? !!!

I arrived at the drive thru lane and saw the whole staff sitting out in the patio area. There was a vehicle waiting at the speaker in drive thru. I waited about 10 more minutes before I heard a voice. When it was my turn, I ordered Dave's double meal, nugget meal, and 2 chiken wraps. At the window I was told they were "out" of wraps. Ended up ordering a chicken sandwich. Woman stuck her a out the window while still talking to her co worker to hand me the food. She then followed by closing the window. I moved up and noticed I was missing a burger. By that time, there was a long line of cars in drive thru so I decided to go inside only to find that the door was locked. It was only 8pm. They all looked at me then went about their business. I had to wait in line again. When it was my turn to order I told them I was missing a burger and I was told to pull forward. When I finally arrived at the window they did not have my burger ready. Instead the woman at the window began arguing with a co worker and was given a burger. I found out later that they just gave me a random burger and not what I ordered. This definitely makes the list for one of the worst fast food restaurants I've been to.
