Wells Fargo Bank

Now that the outside tellers are friendly and helpful I like this branch! For the longest time a younger woman who acted entitled and annoyed was out there and I was fixing to change banks! I’m not putting up with that if I don’t have to!

The female cashiers who serve there need to be better trained, it's so uncomfortable that someone serves you all disheveled, and all the time chewing gum, that's what the new cashier they hired there does, she's a white girl. black hair, she definitely looks very bad

Bad service. When trying to reach branch you reach the 1800 number no one in the branch can be reached.

The service here is impeccable. After the atm in Evans ate my money (a few times) I always go to the drive thru now and deposit my cash/checks. The drive thru tellers are so professional and very speedy with transactions. I come at least once a week and know it will be a breeze every time. Haven’t been to the ATM in almost a year!

Never had a problem with Wells Fargo, been with them for 5+ years. However, I don't think overall Wells Fargo comments belong here, reviews should just be about this location... Location is a little tricky to get into from Georgia Ave, best to use the parking lot of Buena Vista. Exterior of bank could use updating, as siding is dated. Never had a problem with staff, and the location usually isn't very crowded.
