My mother is 70 years old and has been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years, dating back to when it was Wachovia. I have had my own account since I was 12. I am appalled by the blatant disrespect, contempt, and discriminatory behavior Krishna displayed toward my mother yesterday at 3:40 PM while she was making a withdrawal from my account. Krishna spoke down to my mother because she was unaware of recent policy changes. No senior citizen should ever be made to feel inferior, especially someone who lived through the Jim Crow era and segregation. The tone and manner Krishna used were completely unacceptable and reminiscent of those times. Judging by her attitude, there’s a high possibility that she has a history and pattern of speaking to senior citizens this way. “In the 30 years I have never been treated this way or spoken down to before, and that’s the reason why people stay for 30 years.” It was heartbreaking to hear my mom say that. I do not wish for Krishna to call my mother to apologize, as she will most likely further antagonize her. If Krishna does wish to apologize, she can send a letter of apology to my mother instead. I recommend that Wells Fargo takes action to ensure that staff are trained to communicate with senior citizens respectfully. Implementing this type of training could help prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future. Seniors can easily become stressed or experience high blood pressure when they’re mistreated, and no one should have to deal with such behavior, especially from a bank they’ve trusted for decades. I hope Wells Fargo considers taking these steps to address the issue and improve customer care.

No one can order you a new card, they have 2 lines open for drive through and no one is at the window. Sat there for at lease 20 min. Aminah finally came and was as rude as they come. I get being short staffed but being rude to the person who just waited 20 minutes to just withdraw some cash is outrageous. I would of went through the drivethrew atm but my card doesnt work amd no one at this branch knows how to order me a new card. Overall not a good experience. Will be switching banks for my own sanity. Thanks for nothing. Doesn't help I went on my lunch break and literally got in trouble for coming back late even though they are not even 1 min away. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible customer service! This is the first time, in my entire life, that I have ever felt discriminated against. July 13, 2022, at 4:10 pm, the teller was told not to cash a Wells Fargo issued check for my nine-year-old daughter, because I did not have a banking account. Yet, I was informed that it could be done at the manager's discretion. So, the question is, how do they make this choice? It's also ironic that they decided not to cash her check but had no problem depositing the $4,000 check I signed and placed into her trust account right before this happened... AS HER TRUSTEE. Meaning, in actuality, all of my information, and hers, have already been obtained and verified in case of fraudulent acts. It's odd I cashed a check at that exact location before without a problem. What is more baffling was that I inquired about opening a checking account, as I wanted my daughter to be able to spend some of her earnings freely, as she works hard for it. Yet, when inquiring, I was told she was too young, so I would need to open one, although I could not do so that day. Due to this horrific experience, I will not be depositing my daughter's other five large checks (she's an actor) into that trust account. In addition, I will now be transferring my daughter's trust account money to another bank. Way to go Wells Fargo! Heather, the woman who claims she's the manager at that location, is single-handedly discriminating and running your customers away.

Gladys was absolutely amazing and helped me so much! I had an open claim for an ATM that malfunctioned and took my money. The claims department had me waiting the full 10 days which was awful cause it was at no fault of my own and I already had little to no money. I saved Gladys number in my phone and called her a few times and every time she was so warm and welcoming and eager to help and actually got the claim moved up and all fees removed!! Next time I have any issues I will be calling her for help. Awesome Job!

When the location on Washington Road closed I was disappointed because it was so close to work. But honestly I don’t mind the extra drive for the customer service. Christina is the best! Even with her mask I think it’s safe to say she greets you with a smile and she definitely greets me by name. I never feel like I’m Waiting too long. I appreciate the friendly service.
