I have been with Wells Fargo since 1993 when it was Wachovia it’s a great company. I’ve never had a problem and nice staff.

I had a similar experience as Kizzie. The lady that was "supposed" to help me is named Nitra or Nita. I went in to receive a temporary debit card since I have misplaced mine (as I have always done for the past nine years). But this time, I am asked for two forms of ID, which is fine except since I'm a teacher my work ID gets taken for the summer. Then I try to show my medical ID but that's not accepted if it's on a phone. Who still prints out medical cards??? But anyway the real issue is how I was spoken too, "Where is the card?" I lost it, so I don't know."Why do you need a temporary card?" to access my money.etc. For the record, I have NEVER needed two forms of ID especially since I have my account number, license, date of birth, access to Wells Fargo app and any other possible account information. And I definitely don't want to cut off my card if I know no one is using it (I monitor daily) and I have apple pay. If I cut it off and wait for my debit card to come I lose access to my money!! Wells Fargo I am disappointed for the first time in 9 years as a valued customer. Probably won't see a 10th!

Y’all need to train y’all workers better , I went in on a weekend and the lady name Beth told me I couldn’t do certain stuff with my checks and I kept telling her she was WRONG BECAUSE every other weekend I would go to the drive thru and the lady’s at the window are always nice and been able to do everything Beth was telling me I couldn’t . So I simply grabbed my checks and went to the drive through and guess what I DID EVERYTHING BETH TOLD ME I COULDNT. Thank YOU.

Great service all the time! I've been banking here for a couple of years and have never had a complaint. Best banking customer service I've ever experienced in 60 years.
