I was so lucky to have found Aimee when searching for a massage therapist. She truly has an amazing gift in what she does. Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. I’ve been a steady customer of Aimee’s for about 3 years now, and have always had healing, relaxing and restorative experiences. About a year ago, I broke my shoulder, resulting in surgery and 8 months of physical therapy. I was in intense chronic pain and lost use of my dominant arm for quite some time, and that certainly led to depression as well. Massage didn’t occur to me at first. But about 12 weeks after surgery, I realized I should see if Amy could help. And BOY DID SHE. She listens and adjusts her plan to suit your exact problems. I now consider my first session back with her, post-surgery, as a turning point in my recovery. My Range of Motion and pain levels were immediately much improved. That made all the difference in allowing me to push myself in physical therapy. Today, I continue to heal and strengthen. Amy has been instrumental in this process, keeping my muscles stretched and relaxed, identifying muscle areas in need and using her knowledge and wisdom to maximize my recovery. I am so appreciative to have had Amy’s help to heal. I highly recommend her for any level of massage you might be looking for. Aimee is amazing! I have several sensitive areas but her techniques incorporate the most client guided needs to give me an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic massage.
