The new owners are making many improvements to the facility. The new signage looks great! The property managers, Michelle and Jon, are very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well.

In September 2023, I moved my unit to your facility due to its location, pricing, covered storage, and gated security. Initially, customer service was helpful and responsive. However, the quality of service has since declined significantly. The gate malfunctioned in September 2024 and remains unrepaired to this day. Following the hurricane, two trees damaged the roofing and privacy fence—an unfortunate event, but the lack of communication from the facility was unacceptable. I discovered the damage days later and left four voicemails, all of which went unanswered. I had to relocate my camper without assistance and leave a written note, as no one would return my calls. Despite ongoing issues, rent has increased four times. The gate is still wide open, undermining the security I was paying for. When I attempted to cancel my contract on April 21, 2025, the front desk stated she would stop direct pay but could not provide cancellation paperwork until later. I had to leave a voicemail and still no paperwork three days later. A friend who referred me left the facility last month. This week, both another friend and I followed suit. The facility’s lack of communication, poor maintenance, and repeated rate hikes made this decision an easy one.

Great location, clean units with security and reasonably priced. Shout out to John and staff for a quick seamless move in.

Worst customer service ever! Avoid it like the plague. I had damage to my camper after the hurricane and still waiting on my return phone call, never did what they said they would do after the hurricane. Gate never works, no one ever in the office and they don’t return calls.
