THE WASHING WELL… Lumpkin Rd. Augusta , Ga. Nicest laundromat I’ve seen in a long time. It’s very clean and well kept. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Machines are new and very clean. And they all work ! I highly recommend coming here. In fact… this is the only one I’ll be using in this area.

This place is awesome. Cleanest laundromat i have been to. Very reasonable, used the mega load machine for 5 dollars and washed all my clothes at once. The employees are great. Very polite and attentive. Saw this sign and They enforce it. You can take kids with no worries. Love this place.

This is honestly the best laundromat I've used in years. It's always clean and an attendant is always on duty. Not only do they be on duty they truly will help you with any issue you may have using the machines. I forgot to load one time they dried it for me and had it put up in the office. I've had an attendant give me a bag when I didn't have enough baskets to carry my things home and they're always walking around pleasant and willing to help. I went in close to closing time this evening on July 2nd of Sunday and the attendant whose name I wish I could remember deserves a raise honestly. She had every last machine clean and fresh and it smelled so good when I walked in. I already don't like using public washing machines because you just don't know if they're being clean correctly between loads and I don't have any worries when I use these facilities

I wish I could give this location zero stars! Brenda was very disrespectful and rude! Telling me, a paying customer, she’s “not the one” and that she’ll fight if she has to because someone stole my laundry out of one of the dryers and I had to pay to get my clothes back. I will never return here. Very rude and unprofessional!! Never even reviewed the cameras for me. Felicia was the only employee here that tried to help me.
