Walmart Vision & Glasses

I had my eye exam at the Knox Avenue Walmart, best exam I have ever had. Dr Scruggs is very professional and thorough. Jacqulin does a great job making the doctor's office run efficiently and smoothly. Then on the optical side, I purchased two pair of glasses, one pair of Nikon progressives with transitions and another pair of Nikon polarized progressive sunglasses. Jennifer was very patient and professional assisting me with choosing my frames and lenses. All of the trained and talented technicians that have assisted at this vision center are the best. I recommend this optical for all your eyewear needs! As a footnote, I also work at this amazing Vision Center with a great crew and opticians who fill in for us and everyone is professional and well trained. That is why we don't rush through an eyeglass order and we are thorough, especially when filing insurance. I am proud to work with these individuals and know they always take care of the patients. You can tell when someone loves what they do and these ladies take their professionalism seriously.

Theresa Randall helped me with my glasses. She was very professional and warm at the same time. Jennifer, Sonya and Jacqueline really helped also. They are tenicians. I'd reccomed Walmart om Knox Ave. in North Augusta.

I highly recommend this vision center. The lady’s working in the office were very kind, helpful and patient with me as I picked out my glasses. The doctor who done my exam, was extremely nice. He made small talk during the exam and seemed to actually care about his patients. I will definitely return for any further business.

Had a 9am appt on a Saturday. Arrived 10 minutes early and the place was not open. Two girls come racing up at 9am and confirmed my appt. After 9 and lights are still off and they are not moving with my forms or anything. I could finish how this ended but, when your on time you are late. When you are late. . Missed opportunity

Miles Douglas Scruggs. Very Rude. Not professional at all. Used profanity around my daughter. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Never go back again. Terrible. UNPROFESSIONAL.
