Walmart Vision & Glasses

The Eye Tech, Mark, told me to wait 15 minutes very rudely because he had just started working with a customer. I only came to pick up my glasses; he told me the glasses would be ready for pick up before I have to go to work. He did not try to hurry to accommodate me, he moved slower. It seems like Walmart should have more than one person in the Vision Center during the day. Especially, if the employee is incompetent of multitasking. This is absolutely ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes, just standing there. He eventually stopped what he was doing to give me my glasses that took only less than one minute. My time was wasted when I only came for a pick up!

Wonderful first time experience getting my nephew glasses bc of Rebecca. Rebecca was patient, courteous and thorough. Rebecca explained everything to my nephew. It was highly informative and much appreciated. I recommend this vision center bc of Rebecca’s outstanding customer service. Rebecca deserves a raise! 😍

I went in for an eye exam and I was extremely unimpressed. The doctor is only able to do very simple vision tests and he was actually not very knowledgable. My appointment felt very rushed and I felt that the doctor's assessment was inadequate. I gained absolutely no knowledge during my visit. Waste of time and money in my situation.

Went in and was told I could point to 3 pairs of glasses I wanted to try on (because of covid)...when I decided on the frames, I was RUSHED thru the process in 5 minutes flat, not asked or shown which type of progressive lenses I wanted, told they'd be back in ONE WEEK OR LESS....BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS BECAUSE THE LAB MESSED THEM UP...still not sure I was given the right lenses which would mean I'd have to wait another 2 weeks for them to be remade, putting me at one month without the proper glasses and unable to see clearly.
