⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Walmart Tire & Lube Express – Evans, GA Location I want to give a big THANK YOU to the team at the Evans Walmart tire center for actually doing their job and taking care of me when no one else would. Earlier this week, I had a tire pressure sensor come on, so I originally went to the Bobby Jones location, only to be told they couldn’t help me without an appointment and basically sent me away. I drove to the Evans location instead, and they immediately took me in with no hassle. They found a nail in my tire, patched it up, and had me back on the road quickly. Later that day, when the sensor came back on, I returned—and once again, they didn’t give me the runaround. They rechecked everything and realized the patch wasn’t in the best spot, so they explained the issue clearly and helped me get a new tire. They were professional, honest, and patient throughout the whole process. Even though I ended up needing a new tire, the Evans team treated me with respect and actually seemed to care about fixing the problem the right way. THAT’S what good customer service looks like. Thank you again to the Evans crew—you’ve earned my trust and my business.

This Walmart has an AMAZING variety of things, EXTREMELY organized, and creative displays for the products/holidays. I feel like a kid in a candy store! Things are in such great quantities so I NEVER run out! I also have met my Walmart greeter Papa who always gives me the best hugs and I’m always so happy to see him! I love this store so much for my shopping needs! 🥰

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service in the Evans Walmart. I visited the location on June 2 around noon. The staff went above and beyond to speak and each department representative asked if we could be assisted. I have shopped at many Walmarts in various cities and States. This experience was one for the books. We visited the sport and goods section and home goods. Thank you for exuding superior customer service.

I wish I could give less stars. Ive been trying to get my money back from an online order I was double charged for for a literal month. An order placed on june 5th charged twice with one still pending. Guess what, the store wont answer a call useless

I’ve always heard people say that Walmart provides low-quality service, but I had to experience it myself to truly understand. On March 14th, 2025, I went to Walmart to have four tires replaced on my car. I found a good deal on the tires and felt confident about the purchase. About a month later, during a routine service appointment at Toyota, the technicians informed me that two tire locks were missing on the passenger side. I immediately returned to Walmart to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, the staff told me they couldn’t help and that only the corporate office could resolve the matter. As I waited for further assistance, the store eventually closed, and a manager threatened to call the police to have me removed. I did not want to escalate the situation, so I went to the nearest police station and filed a report. The officer I spoke with was kind and took note of everything that happened. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I expected better accountability and customer service from a company of this size.
