If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I placed an order at the photo center via online and was told the item will be ready within 24 hrs. I needed this item for a memorial so I THOUGHT I had a cushion of 3 days to play with. NOT. Called the store 4 times to check on the status. No answer. Phone just rang. Contacted customer service via chat and you can clearly see, they too, had a problem finding out anything about my order. Poor customer service.
