I had a difficult time finding the Photo Center Counter even with signage because there wasn't a "dedicated" Photo Counter. It was blended in with the Electronic Counter. The Photo Tech. had a difficult time trying to find a photo book that had been shipped from Massachusetts.

When I went to pic up the photos, one of them had been cropped to the point that it cut off part of the message on the photo, but the photo technician was more than willing to get the photos exactly right. Excellent customer service.
