Very disappointing, took advantage of their $5 off $15 scan and go offer. When I checked out I did not receive my $5 off. Checked with the the associate station at the checkouts and he referred me to the service desk. Waited in line at the service desk for 10 minutes and was told to call 1-800 Walmart. Called 1-800 Walmart took me 5 minutes to get through to a queue for our representative, was advised I could ask for a call back and keep my place in que. The last message I had was they would call me Wednesday by noon. So I called several more times, Carl was always dropped while I was in the quue to waiting for a representative. At 10:00. At night I started receiving calls back that placed me in a waiting queue again. Would hang up after 5 minutes of waiting. Received several more calls while I'm trying to fall asleep. Very disappointing.

If I could rate a zero I would. I made an online pickup order for 1/26/25 for pickup time being 12-1 pm. I got a notification stating that my order would be late around 12:51 pm, ok I pulled up at 12:51 pm, but still no notification stating my order was ready. So I waited for a pickup spot to become available since all 5 spots were filled. Once a spot became available we moved to spot 3. It was around 2:00 pm we were about to leave because no one came out nor within the app did they say my order was ready. I got a notification saying it was ready, so I pressed I'm here in parking spot 3 in a grey car. No one came until after 3 pm asking what our info was, while im talking to the young lady I saw my order had already been delivered. As she can't find my order I tell her it could be because it says I already have it. She says maybe, she goes look for it, turns out another employee gives it to someone else. HOW WHEN I'M IN THE SPOT 3... NO ONE LOOKS AT THE NUMBER? Then the lady came out saying she could pack my order and bring it out. I informed her that I had another orderer to pick up once I was done I'd be back, and she said that was fine. It was close to 4:50 pm when I came back, the lady who informed me she would pack the order left for lunch and the manager told me that she couldn't fulfill my order because they were behind, awesome. Customer service says she can give me back my money but could take up to 10 days. And she'll give me a $15 online credit. Which isn't worth anything, especially because I now have to spend $25. Completely crazy how Walmart dealt with this situation.

The pharmacy has to be the slowest pharmacy ever . Then there is always so many techs but only one person at the counter . Terrible hours . Just overall more of a hassle than a convenience.
