Walmart Auto Care Centers

Apparently within a years time. Walmart will no longer change out a rim for dual tire application. They used to allow you to bring the tires up there. Since the hydraulic lift that was ordered couldn't lift the vehicle. Now, even though I called before hand. There is no one qualified at this location to adequately handle changing a tire with that style of rim. There is absolutely zero difference between that style of rim or a standard rim. All you have to do, is flip the rim over. However, it comes as no surprise. That anything out of the ordinary that requires logical thought and effort would be perceived as being too challenging these days.

They let me book an appointment for new tires put on, when I got there they said the lift has been broken for 6 months. They sent me to the ritchland walmart, and was done in 3 hours.

From now on for any car needs my car will go to walmart on richland ave. Way more professional than this one on whiskey rd. Was trying to get tires after having flat tire and worker was too busy talking to her cousin ab his cat that had scabs instead of being able to help me. The cousin even told her pay attention to your customers and she rolled her eyes and said oh it’s fine the app on my ipad is gonna take forever to find the tires anyway.

Dropped off my truck for a tire rotation between 9:30-10 AM. Never received any updates on my vehicle even though I was the only car there. I come back at 3 PM only to find out that no work was done because "my alignment was bad and they don't do that". While I understand that may be their policy, why was I not told anything for five hours? Nobody picked up the phone regardless of how many times I called. Horrible service.

Awful experience! Made an appointment for new Goodyear tires. Came to my appointment, waited for 15 minutes only to find out they don't have my tires. When I had to go find out tire size (which should have been in the computer), she skipped my turn, no apology, just complete disrespect!!!! So I left! If I could leave zero stars I would have!!! Complete waste of time, terrible customer service, very disrespectful, so I decided to purchase my tired through Discount Tires here in Aiken. Walmart can't even order tires correctly so I certainly don't trust them to work on my car!
