I have rented from walker for almost a year relocated back here from Ohio. I found the perfect little home for me and my Boyfriend. It needed and still needs some work inside and out but it’s livable. The only problems we had was the way the painters painted it before we moved in paint was all over everything. They did not clean the home as we were told they did. The floor were very nasty. To be honest the floors need to be sanded down and redone or need to have carpet. The kitchen walls need to be redone looks like there has been some type of fire damage to this home at some point. The yard was so over grown and not taken care of it took us months to clean. But over all we have not had any problems once we got moved in . Any maintenance issues we have had fixed in less than 48 hours. Which was great for us. They are always nice when we call or go in to pay out rent.

I have lived in my apt on Hale street for not even a month yet.The application process was great. Fas, the staff is nice and friendly ! The apt was not cleaned so that I could move in. I’m still cleaning 25 days later. There are roaches in my kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!! There is also a leak I have asked to be fixed and it has yet has been fixed. There was no shower rod. My air conditioner pipes were frozen on the outside. There were no sink stoppers in any of the sinks. The hot and cold tubes on my washer machine was on backwards. When I addressed the maintenance to fix it, my apt flooded because he didn’t remember to put the tubes back on. . This is enough to make anyone uncomfortable. The fact that I have killed 3 roaches in one day where I have to eat at is what made me publish this review. I would suggest that you spend your hard earned money else where. It’s simple as that. The staff has addressed most of my issues in a timely manner However IDK what the owners are going through financially the company is still responsible for being knowledgeable about what each units needs and should not have rented out the apt with pest being out of control.

Horrible customer service , doesn’t return phone calls and handle business professional . My house got broken into two January 22 and 23rd, no consideration on the break ins and windows being secure . Informed me that’s your problem and moved someone in and didn’t inform me with paperwork . I wouldn’t recommend this real estate to anyone in Augusta ga . And haven’t received a clearance letter to find another home !!!!!

Don't rent from walker real estate, unless you want your heat off in the winter & your ac off in the summer they won't fix it.
