Constant long wait. I was on hold 56 minutes yesterday and today I've been holding 20 minutes so far. It's not the employees fault they are over worked and somehow still pleasant. Walgreens should be ashamed to treat employees and customers this way. Update: After a 30 minute wait I was informed that my prescription sent over on 5/14 will be filled today.

Worst pharmacy chain ever. This is no hate to the pharmacists and techs, but to the company. I wait 10-15 minutes at the minimum every single time I have a pickup whether it’s inside or drive-thru. They given me wrong information countless times regarding transfers and other inquiries unrelated to prescriptions that I have to call a different pharmacy (Kroger) to get the right answer. I understand they have been short staffed and mismanaged for years but do everyone a service and close for good so a better business can occupy the space.

This is a terrible Walgreens as far as valuing my time. Every time I use the drive thru there is a long wait. The same thing with the phone. There is always an extremely long wait time to speak to the pharmacy. I stopped getting shots there a couple of years ago because of the long wait. I know that I need to change pharmacies and I probably will in the future. Last week I had to wait on the tech at the drive thru to do something on the register before she could wait on me. Please do better Walgreens unless you don’t need the business.

I called to check on the status of my meds. They picked up each time and briefly said “please hold” and NEVER came back. After waiting at least 10 minutes each time…. Then hung up and waited 30 minutes before calling back, the lady answered and “I will be with you in a moment” 10 minutes later the music stops, rings, she comes back on and says “we will be with you as soon as possible” more music and disconnects! I tried using the automated system but these were new refills the my doctor had sent over in February!!! This phone customer service is awful!

I never had issues with CVS being out of stock with my prescriptions, so I don’t understand why Walgreens has these problems. They also tell me they’ll hold my prescription for 12 days and then cancel it out of nowhere a couple of days later, not even close to the 12 day mark. I hate that my insurance forced me over here.
