Walgreens

I love this Wheeler Rd location. I know the store staff and pharmacy staff and they know me. It feels like family when I walk in and they make me feel welcome in the store. I think they all need to be appreciated more especially the people who work in pharmacy. It's not easy to deal with people on the store side and especially when you're dealing with people's medication. I love how convenient this Walgreens to my home.

I'm not sure why, and if, these are the workers parking on the lines in the parking lot, but this is tacky and arrogant. Multiple cars are parked like this in the picture.

I went in and Raquan was behind the counter. I asked him where I could find toothache medicine. After telling me which isle I needed, I went back in search of the products I needed. After making my selection I headed back up front. Raquan made sure I found everything I needed. He was polite, warm, and welcoming. Even with the discomfort I was feeling he was able to bring a smile to my face. Thank you Raquan, for your exceptional customer service! For making me feel valued, and welcome. Your simple act of kindness, made a HUGH difference in my night.

Attention To The pharmacist and the store manager on duty this evening. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Now I understand why so many of their stores are closing.

I find the store convenient, employees helpful and the pharmacists are kind, friendly and always helpful.
