My family has eaten at this location for 30yrs; never a bad experience. We visited this location Sunday 6/8/25 at 5:am. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Pulled into parking lot, aroma of marijuana in the air, most employees were outside smoking, came in and did not wash hands. NO CLEAN TABLES OR BAR TOP. The kitchen was disgusting. Our server could not seem to get our order correct after several attempts so the cook ask. It took the cook 4 attempts to cook the eggs correctly, as we were sitting at the bar top and watched. After 22 minutes, our food arrived cold and incorrect. We had just referenced that location as the best Waffle House in Augusta, what a mistake! That was the WORST experience EVER!!!!!!!!!1

Waffle House’s breakfast never disappoints, but depending on the WF you visit you may experience different outcomes (as far as service goes). Our experience at this particular WF location has been the best one in a long, long time. Not only did our food came out amazingly delicious, every single staff member greeted us with so much joy and enthusiasm (including the cook) and that enthusiasm and service continued throughout all the way to check out. Recommend this location 10/10!

Three of us dined here for breakfast! Diane our waitress, was very attentive, friendly, keeping our glasses of water filled and ensuring all items were the way we ordered them. All three orders were cooked perfectly and came out quickly. Very friendly staff, including the tall cook who said hello when we walked in and even asked us if our food came out alright! That is what I call outstanding customer service!

Diana was our waitress and she was absolutely great! We ordered BLT and All Star Breakfast. Food was served fast. Diana saw that the waffle was overcooked so she had them recook it. Fast, friendly, and probably the best food and service received from any Waffle House I have been too! Definitely recommend this location.
