They were incredibly helpful repairing a spring loaded pop up drain for me which resulted in no revenue for them when they could have sold me on a new drain or bathtub. Trust these folks!

Had our water heater go out and needed a new one the next day. Decided to give a local business a try and they were excellent to deal with. Friendly on the phone and had exactly what I needed in their showroom and delivered it at a great price just a few hours later. Gent who delivered was professional and great to deal with. The big box Orange and Blue hardware stores have their place but I'll be going back to these folks whenever I have a big ticket plumbing or kitchen project to deal with.

Don't waste your time here...go to Lowe's or Home Depot instead. Terrible prices, poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought two Delta shower arms and escutcheons from W. A. Bragg and was charged $123.48. I found out the same items at Home Depot cost $52.95. Sales reps at W.A. Bragg are quick to tell you products from Lowe’s and Home Depot are inferior to what W.A. Bragg sells—don’t trust them!! I then bought the items from Home Depot and compared—they were identical. I took the original purchases back to W.A. Bragg 16 Oct, 2017. Their return process is very inconvenient. I was called 31 Oct and told my return was now approved and authorized and I needed to provide my credit card number to complete. I went in today/1 Nov and spoke with Alex at W.A. Bragg. He completed my return and I received $96.58 back. I complained that I paid $123.48 and should receive a complete refund. Alex stated there was a $26.90 return fee. I was shocked and told Alex I could purchase one shower arm and escutcheon from Home Depot for the cost of their return fee. He was unapologetic and stated that “Well you elected to do business with us”. I would like to go on record Alex that I elect to never do business with W.A. Bragg again !!! Bob Reichl

Cassie was great. She helped my wife with selections and informed us of how the process works with the contractors. She also let us know of the time delays involved with ordering tubs, showers and toilets. We continue our search to complete our selections.
