I seriously cannot recommend Kennedy enough! She’s an absolute gem — not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also super easy to talk to and makes the whole experience so comfortable. Every time I go in, she takes the time to really understand what I’m looking for and somehow always makes it even better than I imagined. I am always getting compliments about my color and blend!

I paid $170 for a color service with Carolyn that left my hair looking exactly the same if not dark than when I walked in. No visible change. No results. When I messaged her directly calmly and respectfully to express my concerns, she read my message and chose to ignore it completely. That silence says everything about her lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic decency. It gets worse. When I contacted the owner, I was met with nothing but hostility, sarcasm, and childish mockery. She accused me of trying to scam them for a refund and even had the nerve to ask, “Do you have a stylist attorney?” when I mentioned I’d consider taking legal action. That level of disrespect is disgusting and shows how little they value paying clients. Then, as if that wasn’t outrageous enough, they told me I could come back two weeks later to “fix” their failed service but only if I paid again. What kind of unethical business expects a client to repay to fix their own mistake? That’s predatory and shows a complete lack of integrity. To top it all off, they suddenly pulled out a “no refund policy” that was never posted, mentioned, or agreed to. It’s just another excuse to avoid taking responsibility for poor work and terrible service. Carolyn and the owner are not just unprofessional they’re shameless, unethical, and downright mean. This isn’t just bad business. It’s manipulative, dishonest, and borderline scam behavior. They do not care about results, fairness, or how they treat people only about getting paid and dodging accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional stress. This place doesn’t deserve a single dollar or another chance. I’ve attached a before, after and what I asked for below.

I came in to Vogue Salon with very healthy hair, no coloring or highlight damage and after one time of getting a few highlights my hair is now severely damaged, my highlighted hair is breaking, I have split ends now and the color is just terrible. Even my husband has begged me not to go back. I regret having anything done there. I returned for a root appointment and to ask about a more natural tone, and now have hot roots on the reddish side that don’t match my hair color. I will never go back

I started coming to Vogue two years ago and I have always left so confident and happy with my hair. I am very particular about it so finding a good hairstylist has always been hard for me but after finding Makenzie I have never left unsatisfied. I highly recommend asking for her she is the sweetest and always makes you feel comfortable. She does such a great job as well and always knows just what I am asking for.

I absolutely love Vogue Hair Salon! The space is super cute and cozy. The staff is always warm and welcoming. My hair stylist Katie is simply the best. She’s incredibly talented and truly the only person I trust with my hair. After some bad experiences with my hair in the past at other salons, it’s such a relief to know I’m in safe hands with her. She nails it every time! Highly recommend this gem of a salon!
