I had a great experience at Vista Optical. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made the whole visit feel effortless. I stopped in for a small adjustment, and they took care of everything quickly and with real care. You can tell they genuinely value their customers, which is rare these days. Whether you need a simple fix or new frames, this is definitely the place to go!

We stopped in to see if, by chance, they could fix a loose screw, and they were incredibly accommodating. Not only did they fix what I came in for, but they went above and beyond by noticing the second pair of frames were too loose on my daughter. By the time we left, two pairs of glasses were cleaned, properly fitted, and fixed. I can’t recommend them enough. So kind, professional, helpful, and eager to make you comfortable. We are so thankful to have access to this optical center!

Five Stars is too low to rate the eficiency of service we always receive from Ms. Keisha Brown and the entire team of specialists at the Ft Eisenhower Optical shop. Ms. Brown always go the extra mile to ensure we find the products we feel the best with and to include our affordability regardless of the time it takes to achieve it. Her professional approach and determination to provide a commendable service to us and others as noticeable by other clients in the shop because they voice their contents when they see her tending to our quest. Ms. Brown is definitely a preferred asset to this optical store by us and countless clients that prefer waiting to be serviced by Ms.Brown. Like mentioned above, five stars is too low to rate Ms. Keisha Browns superb quality of customer service.

Excellent staff very professional and even replaced larger pads on my glass where they no longer leave marks on the bride of my nose. Very quick and very helpful. Highly recommend this optical store and they have a great selection of frames to choose from. my glasses fit so much better no its the difference between night and day. Go by and see this business when you need help with your glasses.

The service here is great. As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted. I have been going here since I was young and the service has not changed. I can see how the employees interact with the customers on a personal level and not just because they are doing their job. They truly seem to care about the person behind the glasses. One of the employees, Keisha Sullivan, has such a welcoming personality and truly bonds with the customers. Many people walk in with her specifically in mind when getting help. I can relate to this as she has been very helpful when helping me pick frames and suggesting on different variations. I will definitely be continue to come here again in the future for any optical needs.
