Came in. Store clerk on on the ground on the phone. I am standing there. I've been there a lot. Never seen her. But my problem is she stayed on phone after listening i figured out she worked th ere. I left dl at home but 100 % look over 18. I am not mad got carted what i am mad about is i stood around waaay too long and still didn't get what i came for, so she could be on the phone. No hi no customer service. I showed her were they were no ni, oh well, sorry. Only reason not 1 is cause other clerks are awesome

The young lady and the young man that helped me were so knowledgeable and patient with me . I didn't know anything about the different type of vape strengths and accessories.

4 stars because you never know what kind of service you're going to get. Some employees are very friendly and helpful. Others seem annoyed you're even in there. The shop is clean, well organized and the selves are merchandised appropriately. I'm a fan of the Elfbars but not when they have a bad aftertaste. The peach berry is one of favorites but a little too sweet. The tropical rainbow blast had a terrible aftertaste. My most recent purchase was the Malibu and the pod king strawberry dragon fruit mango. The Malibu is ok. Will not purchase again but the Pod King one is not real sweet/strong which I like and has no aftertaste.
