Update: Feb 21 visited vinyl tyme and the girl behind the counter today was incredibly friendly nice to my daughter and me. has some of the best vinyl choices of anywhere that I've ever seen with great prices! Thanks for turning it around for me final time I will definitely be a dedicated customer from here on out!Great vinyl choices!!! One week ago I visited vinyl tyme right before Thanksgiving,This was my first time in the vinyl time and while most of the customer service associates treated me as an inconvenience the woman who checked me out was very gracious and nice. I walked around several times not knowing what I needed or what was available and had to call my friend who wasn't there with me but had been to the store previously because every time I asked a customer associate they kind of blew me off. There was a rack of white t-shirts by the door I asked one of the associates if they had colored t-shirts she told me no and right behind me there were black blue red kind of blew my mind that instead of making the sale my questions interrupted all of the workers that were sitting around at a table on their phones. Vinyl time should give my friend some type of referral fee because without her I would have walked out of that store without buying anything because for whatever reason nobody wanted to help me.While I'm not sure if I will be visiting here again they do have a great selection with great prices it would just be nice if the customer service was better.

My son made an order and sent pictures showing the size we wanted the designs to be. Trusting they would be professional we paid before we was able to see the final product and was refused a refund or a correction on the size. Told us because the work was done already the only option was to pay double the price to get it the size we wanted. No thank you, we found a place that is going to charge the same price for the actual size we wanted from the beginning. They lost repeat customers, their loss

I love this store because it is neatly organized. I can go in quickly (like I did today) and find exactly what I need. The girls will cut anything if they have it and you ask. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The products are high quality, and it is the cheapest place locally to buy vinyl products. I enjoy my visit each time!

The shopping experience was phenomenal! I found alot of HTV vinyls that I didn't find anywhere else. I will be shopping here again.

All of the ladies at Vinyl Time are the absolute best in customer service, their knowledge of the store's products, and in helping customers navigate the trials and errors of sublimation, HTV, DTV, and DTF. I would be lost without them!
