Viera Aiken Apartments

Want to thank one of the maintenance men here at Viera . Memorial Day my 2 year old grandson accidentally locked us out of our apartment leaving him inside by himself. I made an emergency call and Stevie showed up and unlocked our door. He was so nice and understanding. Shout out to Stevie !!!

My move in experience with Mercedes was a very smooth & easy process . She made everything simple & straightforward. The application process was easy. I love my apartment I’ve been here for about 7 months , it’s peaceful & I love the overall environment.

(picture below: couch not included) the rent was not worth the property (i paid $770 for a double bed&bath unfurnished since they don't have singles; singles are hard to come by and usually only $80 dollar difference from a double). The room had cheap carpet and low quality refrigerator. Be aware that if you want to move out, let them know 2 MONTH early. They don't remind you until a couple weeks afterward by then you have to extend the rent. even if I live on the 2nd floor, there are still cockroaches and spiders so be precaution about the location of the apartment. don't expect they will give you your deposit back without denting it. on the positive note: the staff are pretty reliable and nice. Since they just switched to new management, they are adding new upgrades which will increase the rent. upgrade they mentioned: wood flooring, refrigerator, granite countertop.

I have been a resident at Viera Aiken since June 2022. The staff has been helpful beyond measures. I can call Mrs. Breana or Mrs. Mercedes and my issues are solved promptly! The maintenance staff is always quick to respond and are dedicated to fixing the issues. The living environment is quiet and respectful!! I have not experienced another team this excellent in many years!! It is a load off my back knowing that where I live is a place of serenity! Thanks Bree & Mercedes!! You both have been life savers for me!! God Bless!!

I’ve been a resident for 4 months now. When we moved in our ac broke it was broke for about 3 weeks. They provided 2 portable units which only cooled have of the apartment. We have a 3br unit and the sliding doors on the closets and laundry room broke they have yet to fix it and 2 of the doors came off and hit our 2 year old and bruised his head and face. All you smell outside is other residents smoking pot. When we signed our lease they told us that the pool would be open Memorial Day and it’s now June 16th and the pool still hasn’t opened. They give different excuses every few weeks. But There is absolutely nothing for kids to do in the apartment complex other than running around outside. We have 5 kids that we have to load up in the car and go somewhere for them to run energy out. There’s no ceiling fans and the living room gets so hot and stuffy even with curtains up to block the sunlight. The master bedroom only has one vent for the entire bedroom and during the day it’s unbearable even with a oscillating fan and at night it doesn’t cool down unless you have the bathroom door open and ac set to 68. The apartment isn’t worth $1415 a month we could’ve rented a 3br apartment that is almost 200sqft bigger that has a playground, pool, and outside storage for $175 cheaper. Don’t waste your money coming here and renting go somewhere else.
