Worst roofing company ever! If you feel like taking a shower even when one is not present, this would be the company for you! I think they should go into the pool business since I have one on my roof. Paid $8000 to have the roof worse off than it was originally! The guys didn't even clean their trash up inside or outside the building. Owner claimed he was going to put new wood down and I have 50 boards still sitting inside my building. He claims to be a preacher but is a crook. Came back over 30 times to "fix" the roof and put a tarp, sheet metal and silicone over gaping holes instead of replacing the roof like the owner said he would do.

Days (and I'm not kidding, I mean literally days) after 'repairing' my roof, this is what I ended up with from Williams Roofing, I paid them almost $2000 for this mess! I had to pay another company to fix Williams Roofing 'repair'! What a bust!

Be careful this is the worst company I had ever used for installation of a new roof and new gutters added on. First off, the company is very misleading in their commercials which is one of the reasons why I decided to use this pathetic company in the first place. Currently today (2022) my back porch roof that they installed is leaking black tar underneath all on my floor which is very hard to get out. I had to call them to replace the gutters that they damaged when putting those on the top and sides of my house. On the day of installation, there were so many workers doing my roof, I could not keep up who was doing what. They also did such a sloppy job at cleaning up behind themselves leaving nails on my roof (which finally came down when it rained on my lawn), debris and paper in my bushes, and a terrible job at putting on the top portion of my roof that I had to call them twice to fix. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have never used this company in the first place. Take this as a warning that you as a customer deserve better and have been warned by me.

I hired Williams roofing a while back. Come to find out years later the work they done has been leaking since the job was finished. Had another roofer come out and told me the valley’s we’re installed wrong and caused a lot of damage to wood supporting my roof. Do not hire. Spend a little more and hire a professional company.

I had a leak and selected to have a metal roof installed. It rained a week after and the same leak was there. After years of having them come out and CAULK, never redoing that section, even though I begged them to actually do something other than caulk, the same leak remained. My ceiling is damaged. I have given up and I have hired another roofing company to fix the leak. DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL A METAL ROOF ON YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!
