BIG shoutout to Rosalynn at Verizon on Whiskey Road! She just took the time to help me fix a problem we have had for 4 years! She didn’t give up and just be more interested in making the next sale. Hi Verizon, can you please explain why you sent a phone to my brother that he didn’t order and then charge $1,300 for the phone that he DIDN’T order and refuse to give him a refund? This is coming from a customer of yours for the last 15 years. You are about to lose several lines of service as no one seems to be competent enough to issue a refund for YOUR mistake. No one at Verizon even seemed to know about the phone being sent until he called and asked about it. Then they BILLED him for it. We are on a multi line plan with him and are currently looking into other providers as no one seems to be able to solve this issue. Update: After fighting with Verizon for 3 months to get the refund for this phone, they shut off the service to our 4 phone lines because we refused to pay for the phone THEY sent us on accident. After contacting Verizon for at least the 10th time during this whole process, and filing an FTC complaint, they finally dropped the charge and restored our phone service. It’s sad that what should have been a simple solution, resulted in the terrible, drawn out customer experience this was.

I checked to see if an item was available at this store online and purchased it for pickup. After my credit card was charged, a message popped up saying it wasn’t available. It was now after hours, so it took 3 hours & 6 different chat agents just for me to eventually cancel my order myself. I’m not exaggerating! I still want the item, so the next morning I try to call this store because it still says it has it in stock. You know…let your fingers do the walking. lol Nobody answers. I try a few times. Have to speak to customer service…they can’t get the store to answer either. Their computers say the item is in stock at this store too. Sooo…I pack up my puppy, she recently had surgery, and head to the store, in the rain no less. I look for the item and don’t see it. They help someone that came in after me. I patiently wait. The first thing the lady says to me when it’s my turn is…Ma’me…your pet will have to wait in the car. Not, welcome to Verizon, how can I help you…no…my tiny puppy who is in a bag around my chest, can’t get out, isn’t making a movement or noise has to go. Anyway…of course…they don’t have the item!!!! Please…update your inventory!!! Please answer your phone!!! If you had done that, my post-op puppy and I wouldn’t have had to come out to your store on a rainy day for nothing!

Not a review for this location in particular but Verizon has a whole...dropped calls, phone not registering on a network and the ever increasing phone bill were the 3 top reasons I went to another carrier.
