I’m pretty sure I’m the most difficult buyer and seller in the history of ever but Tyler and Justin put up with me and never blinked an eye. Justin had our house sold within 48 hours of it being on the market for over asking price. He held our hand through every step of our new construction home through Carbon. It’s been a year and he still answers our questions immediately. VanderMorgan will make you feel like their only client. Highly recommend.

It’s been over 3 months since I purchased the house from the seller who was represented by VanderMorgan Realty, and the sellers agreements for repairs have not been met. *EDIT* Nothing in this review is falsified. The agreement was to have two cracked windows repaired, but only one was fixed. How is this false? I also fixed in the original review that I purchased a home from a seller who's realtor was a representative with VanderMorgan Realty (Justin Bolin). Justin you are correct, it is my responsibility to allow them access to the property for them to take the appropriate measurements and installation which I allowed. When the first window was fixed, I asked Barrett Windows about the second one and they had zero clue what I was talking about. They relayed to me that they only had one job for the property and it was for one window. I told my realtor about this which she relayed to VanderMorgan Realty and finally after a WHOLE MONTH we get news that Barrett Windows will come out to take measurements for the second window on May 8th. Barrett Windows had zero clue who I was, my contact info, or the situation. They even showed me the estimate and it was made out to VanderMorgan Realty and all their contact info. It has been 3 months since I purchased the house, and 2 months since Barrett Windows have came to the property. Justin, as a representive of VanderMorgan realty, all the information regarding the window estimate was relayed to your team and not me nor my realtor. I don't want to have to keep bothering my realtor in her busy schedule because of someone elses incompetence. Also, of course your client is going to give you 5 stars if you sold their house. So how is that any relevant to the situation at hand? I was warned by realtors that they disliked you, and by the way other reviewers have mentioned you by name I can see why. Justin is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting our mother’s house sold for top market price. He helped our family with the entire process from marketing, inspection and was almost very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Call Justin or a team member if you need to sell or buy. They are a very great company!!!

I've read the recent reviews and have also written a review after purchasing my home. Justin Bolin represented the seller. Unfortunately, I have to change my rating from a two star to a one. I won't go into details, however I honestly will not recommend.🙏🏽
