US Nails

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves so we went to US Nails and had a good experience. Friendly service and the technician did a great job on our manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend!

By far the very best pedicure I have had anywhere. Don’t get me wrong when I visit this salon, I get great service! However, this young lady did her thing on my horrible feet. The service was so relaxing and she kept the water warmed throughout her service. She is usually a nail artist but I was fortunate on Sunday 3/2 to enjoy her pedicure service!!! I did not get her name, I’m sorry. I believe she maybe the boss’s wife. Excellent work!!! Thank you so much!!!

My sister has already posted the experience, but I wanted to add to it. It was very unprofessional when we came in that my sister and I waited for 25 minutes and when we were beginning to have service, they finally came over Jenny and another person my sister had her feet already in the water and then the gentleman came over and told her she had to move. That was the part that was unprofessional. She was already started. He didn’t offer a towel. Her feet were wet and so she moved over then it went on to the point that the gentleman the tall gentleman came over later to ask her did she want the service? She said no and he started laughing. Another thing that I noticed was that they were no other African-Americans in the shop. I am a special education teacher visiting from the Atlanta Columbus area and I would like to ask every African-American teacher to boycott this shop. I felt that it was a racist move once my sister move supposedly because of an appointment nobody else came to where she was she had already had her feet in the water and that was the unprofessional part. You should’ve worked it out, not having her move and I just didn’t like the service especially for the price. I do want to add that Jenny, who did my feet is the blessing in the shop and did a beautiful job she did And she also kept watching me and my sister because she knew that it was wrong as well. teachers in Augusta are in Evans. Please do not use this shop.

Henry did a full set of solar nails while Jenny gave me a pedicure. The nails look fantastic, he took extra time to make sure there was no overlap on the skin, and that they had the correct c curve thickness. Jenny has magic hands, the massage was thorough and she had great grip strength. After a crazy day, they truly gave me wonderful services. They were kind, and great conversationalist.

Walked in for pedicure with sister. They were very busy; i totally get that; we waited about 25+mins and about to leave. Rep came and started our water. A few mins in, rep came back to tell me I needed to move because someone with an appt came in. I get it so I moved; about ten mins later another rep came over to ask if I wanted a pedicure… I said no. Laughing he asked if I were mad. Up until that point, I wasn’t but his laughter did tick me off. My sister’s service was in process so I didn’t see any reason to be loud. This is the first and last time I’ll come here . To the tall skinny rep who was laughing, get some genuine customer service skills… you’d be surprised how far that will take you. Self control to not go off over everything has taken me quite a ways in life.
