From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting details right. What stood out most was their attention to the finishing touches, everything looks seamless and polished, far exceeding our expectations. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth process, and we’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Don't Waste Your Time with Uroza Construction LLC Had a gentleman named Luis come to my home on January 17 to assess water damage and my roof for an estimate. He didn’t take any pictures, didn’t climb on the roof, and didn’t even use a drone. I followed up the same day via text asking for an estimate and was told to send an email—even though I had already provided my information when scheduling the appointment through their website. Sent the email anyway and never got a response. On January 28, I sent another text to Luis asking for the quote—still nothing. If you value your time, don’t bother with this company. I understand that the area is busy after Hurricane Helen, but ignoring potential customers is unacceptable. This is exactly why it’s hard to support local businesses when they disregard the very people in their own community. Seems like wasting customers’ time is just part of their business strategy. Would not recommend. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Uroza Construction was perfect! We filed a claim for our roof with AllState, & the insurance company was a nightmare. They first approved a claim for a couple hundred dollars. Uroza fought for us and filed a new claim. So, the insurance company ended up readjusting the amount to a few thousand. Uroza was so fast, communicated well, and ultimately started and finished the roof within 2 days. The manager, Nicolle, kept us informed and is so professional and kind. They also offered us financing for whatever insurance didn’t cover. Unlike other roofing companies I shopped with, we did not have to run our credit or get approved to finance the remaining amount. And they work with us on how much we pay monthly. I am so thankful for Uroza Construction. One of the best, quickest, easiest businesses I’ve ever worked with!

Before the hurricane, they replaced my roof, and everything went smoothly. But even though I followed up with them numerous times, I haven't heard from them in the past few months following some minor hurricane damage. Does this location remain open? I have no idea what happened on the communication. As soon as I can get in touch with them, I will return to change the review.

Uroza was very responsive to my request for a roof replacement. Glenn came out the same day I contacted him to do an estimate. Once I made the decision to go with them, they had their crew there the next day and did a complete tear off and reroofing in a single day! The crew was exceptional! They did a great job with the installation, but also cleaned up everything afterward. It was cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.
