UPS Access Point location

I really really wish I could remember the employees name who opened on Thursday morning. She was a stunning young black woman, on the shorter side, who, even at 8 am, was ALL SMILES and she was SO courteous. She works for CVS but as soon as I walked in with a package, she came and greeted me with her scanner. The entire thing lasted no more than 3 minutes. I truly wish I could remember her name because she deserves the recognition. It's rare these days to see ANYONE smiling - much less at work first thing. I just want her to know I think she's beautiful and her smile stayed with me the entire day and it made me want to smile at others more. We need more humans like her in the world - those who can turn a complete strangers day around all because of a smile and sweet conversation (another rare occurrence I feel, especially since COVID). She should be recognized and praised for her professionalism and kindness. This may seem over the top but as someone who worked in customer service -- it's a tough job. Not very many people are kind anymore so when I come across someone who decides to show up and smile, whether they mean it or not, and leaves you with a lasting impression even days later -- that needs to be pointed out (in MY opinion). Thank you, beautiful stranger, who made my entire day simply because of your smile and kindness. Don't ever let the world take that from you!!
