I am very disappointed in the service. I really feel for someone who truly needs services. I needed assistance due to changing jobs. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone dialing 211. When reaching someone one I was given dates that a check would be mailed for my rent. A week later following up just to find out it hadn’t been done. Then I called again and was asked for my phone number and that she would call me back. Never received a call. It’s really sad when people have a job that places them in a position to help someone and they don’t even care. Playfully they never get in a situation where someone or an agency has to help them. Really bad customer service.

I have gotten nowhere with the rental assistance program! I have called, left message after message and all I get is "I'll have someone call you back" I've applied last year January and reapplied again in March. Finally got a call from a supervisor stating they didn't have my ID nor landlord information which I did provided all that information from the start. I understand there is "millions" of applications they are going through at this time but, something needs to be done

This place is horrible when it comes to helping, their response rate is 0. I been waiting 8months for someone to give me a call. You will be evicted waiting on this organization. The sad part is I have donated to this organization, will NOT donate again after seeing how they handle things.

I have called this place everyday since June and filled out at least 5 applications and have yet to get an answer on the phone or a call back. I had someone call me and tell me I was eligible for assistance and I still haven't received any kind of help. The lady otp told me the state had the funds to assist. I'm on the phone everyday at 8:29 which it says they open at 8:30 still no answer.
