The Case of the Missing Package (Solved… Eventually) At first, my experience was just as frustrating as others have described. I had been out of town when the package was delivered, so by the time I called to figure out what happened, some time had passed. I’m not someone who enjoys talking on the phone, but I made the call anyway—and the person I spoke with sounded irritated that I was even asking about a package from days earlier. Not exactly the kind of help you hope for when you’re just trying to get answers. Still, she did take some action, and my husband saw someone checking the lockers later that day. I never got any follow-up, so the next day I filed a proper case with USPS. That’s when I got a call from Floyd—he was kind, helpful, and refreshingly easy to talk to. He confirmed that packages had been delivered, though he wasn’t sure if they were my missing ones. I went to check, and thankfully, they were. All’s well that ends well—but it definitely took some effort to get there.

I wanted to share the experience I had with representative, Sherry on today. She went over and beyond to assist me with my daughter's address change. There were some challenges prior to today because of my daughter's work schedule and I am so blessed to have encountered Sherry today. She resolved the issue, in the matter of minutes. She exhibited great customer service and was very professional and courteous during my visit. She was literally a breath of fresh air in what normally is a very hectic environment, based on other visits I have had throughout the CSRA. USPS should be proud ro have her representing the front office at this location. So again, thx Sherry and you totally rock!!!🤗

I have had no less than 5 packages from Amazon get marked as left in my mailbox and then not have it be there in the last 3 months. I go to the office and every single time the manager says he checked with the driver and they promise they put it in the box. Usually the package randomly shows up over a month later out of delivery packaging so there’s a good chance drivers or sorting staff are stealing packages and finding out if they’re useful to them.

This is probably the worst post office there is…. The young African American lady with braids is the rudest one… The Male Manager at the back he is the WORST and also a liar! like if you don’t like your job then quit. They don’t know how to deliver packages or follow instructions I’ve never got my package in my mailbox I’ve always had to go out my way to go pick up. There are 2 older African Americans women ( I wish I remembered her name) that are very nice and they tried to help me as much as they could. I have put in a case with the district already 😃

Whoever the delivery person is for The Brighten area is horrible and a lier. I had a package that said, online, it was delivered on 1/17/2025. I got home from vacation on 1/20/2025. Checked the mail at 6:45 pm. My package was not there. I put in a request online to find my package. I get a call on 1/21/2025 from the Grovetown location telling me the mail carrier claimed it was in my mailbox the entire time and that they had a picture of it there. How was it there the entire time when I checked the night before? I go back to my mailbox and it magically is in there with new mail.
