United States Postal Service

We used to get out packages and mail with no issues. Lately that hasn’t been the case and it incredibly frustrating when you have important mail or packages you’re expecting. My thing is this: IF THE KEYS ARE NOT PLACED IN THE CORRECT PARCELS OR THERE ISN'T ROOM IN PARCELS, THEN STOP MARKING STUFF AS DELIVERED! WHOEVER IS WORKING THE EVANS ROUTE ON HEREFORD ROAD AND THE FOUR OAKS COMMUNITY KNOWS GOOD AND WELL THAT SHE/HE IS NOT PLACING PEOPLES MAIL CORRECTLY. I’m on my 5th missing package marked as delivered in the past two weeks. I also had a letter come in the mail that was important. And when I called, I was informed of the date it was sent. I understand they may be short staffed, but for local mail, it should not be a 3-4 week turn around. Maybe for things not local but, this place needs a post master visit and additional help. I know first hand that once a community starts having mail issues with usps, it is nearly impossible to get it resolved unless you move.

Never have I ever had so many lies told and horrible service regarding this post office. The carrier is so lazy he doesn't want to walk to my door to leave a package. I live on the ground floor, and this person lied to Amazon and said there is a security access code for my building. LIES!!! I've never in my life seen such lazy people. Do your job! That's what you get paid for. No wonder that this post office only gets 2.7 stars. EDIT: Revising this review, I actually got a phone call and the Lady I spoke to was kind and understanding and explained some things to me! This has restored my faith in this Post office!

Went to go buy 2 stamps real quick today. I asked the guy at the counter if they took cash and he said “unfortunately”, with an irritated tone. I thought it was rude. Gave him the 2 bucks anyways.

Not even one start. This is the worst post office. the woman was really rude. Her attitude was racist. I didn't get her name but my receipt says Clerk:05. May/14/2025 Unfortunately this post office is the one near to my house. I don't understand why some people work at the counter if they don't like to do customer service. She had really stupid attitude.

Couldn't bother to update any website about canceling passport walk-ins and I tried to call the location 3 times to check but it never goes to the location
