Lady was sitting, saw me come in and work on addressing my package, went to the back and didn't come back to the front for 20 minutes. A long line formed and the bell was rung repeatedly but no one came to assist customers. Not sure who is charged of accountability but you might want to speak to your staff.

These ladies work really hard here and always have a wonderful welcoming face! Thank you for helping us. They have taoes, cards, stamps and packaging. Soemtimes the flat rates are gone so it's best to order online for free or go get at a main store.

I gave them four stars because there was only "ONE" person working behind the counter on my visit. Ms. Lakesia had a great attitude and treated all the customers very well while being swamped at the same time. Get this lady some help!!

I’m concerned about the operations at this USPS facility. Every time I’ve visited, the lines are out the door, and there’s only ever one worker available to assist customers. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to go there because my packages weren’t delivered to my address, and it seemed like no delivery attempt was even made. This raises serious questions about their work practices. Now, with the holiday season, the situation has worsened (if that’s even possible). I strongly believe this facility needs external management or oversight to investigate these issues to work toward a solution.

Absolutely useless drivers. They leave packages in the road. Say it's delivered but it's actually not. To lazy to walk to the door and place a package down. This place needs to be inspected.
