I recently visited and had an interaction with Derek while verifying my last name on a piece of mail. As I sometimes receive mail with my maiden name, I wanted to ensure everything matched correctly. Unfortunately, Derek made an unnecessary and rude comment during this process saying "You don't know your name". While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe that customer service should always be respectful and supportive. Derek's comment was uncalled for and detracted from my overall experience. I hope that this branch can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for all customers in the future.

If I can give zero stars I will. Mailed an item priority from Augusta GA to Brooklyn NY on May 8, 2025. It's June 22, 2025 and according to tracking the package is in Augusta GA. If you can't provide service you should have let me know and I will take my business to UPS or FedEx. This is unacceptable and customer service has no answers. Whoever is reading this avoid USPS.

People in this location are terrible. They look nice to people they know or of their kind. But mostly rude and provide worst customer service. Wait, you may see your package fall to the ground before you turn away too. That's how they handle your packages. Beware.

I ordered a lawn mower and the first time they tried to deliver while someone was home they marked it as they couldn’t deliver it because the mailbox was full. I scheduled delivery for the next day and they didn’t even bother to try and deliver it once again and now I have to go to the post office in person

Hands down one of the best post office I will never go back down town again now the supervisor and her other older colleague cool but they too strict with not helping you unt unt can’t ask a question young hires rush for lunch forgot my package
